If others like it, fine by me, but I would like a filter that covers them in something when they are 95%+ skin so my wife and kids don't have to close their eyes.

Anyone else getting a rather odd error when attempting to enter the WCOC station? I have a nemesis mission in there, and every time I enter the building, nothing but the UI loads and I'm staring into white nothingness.

Damage is ok, the dodge buff on it is considerably smaller than I was anticipating, to the point where it would signifigantly cut my survivability while using it vs. using other more mundane powers.
Edit: To clarify, at one point I remembering it being +30% dodge +30% avoidance, now its like, +7% dodge, +50% avoidance. That might work well with a nonLR character (and if it does I may have to redo this sadly, hopefully there's a nonLR munitions person on the boards who can let me know :P), but on my dodge char that's a small bump to dodge chance and a negligible amount to avoidance due to the way avoidance works. I was hoping to use it as a way to reliably reach 90-100% dodge, but the way it is currently implemented makes other moves (particularly Eye of the Storm) contribute better to defense and offense.

Got an odd challenge/request. Does anyone think the can make a decent tights-style costume based on/inspired by this?
I kind of want to make a Russian Hero named "Lastochka", but my own costume design attempt was an abortive failure.
All my character slots are currently full, otherwise I might have given it a try. Admittedly, 3 of them are only just out of tutorial. Anyways, here are my 4 level 10+ characters:
Antigraviton: My force character along with telekinesis (Akinos make telekinesis stronger!) I wanted to go with Graviton, but apparently there is some copyrighted superhero named that, so it wasn't allowed. I really had no idea what to make her costume look like, so I kinda just through something together that didn't look horrible. Her background is that she gained these powers from an experiment gone wrong at CERN while looking for the graviton particle.
Arclamp : My elec character. I haven't really thought of much of a backstory for her. She's just made/has a suit of armor thats able to generate large amounts of electricity. I've been thinking of adding in some PA abilities, but not sure what to add. There are some particle damage abilities in PA that would synergize well with the electric form.
Countergambit: A mix of TK and Unarmed and is essentially my quite obvious ripoff of gambit (but black! hence countergambit. ) I'm not exactly sure what abilities I'm gonna mix in, but he's going to me mainly unarmed abilities with the TK energy builder and point blank aoe.
Cryoseismic : My might/ice tank. He has mainly might abilities plus uses the ice breath/shatter combo. I may pick up another ice ability or two as well, haven't decided yet. Origin is rather hulk-esque, special forces guy who went under some dna combining experiment and ended up like this.

Nice, though the full portrait of Cryoseismic pretty much cuts off everything above his chest.
You can use the ingame tailor to create costumes too, just hit "Default", design a costume, then save it, then exit out without actually changing the outfit. I know I've done it a few times when I was bored. It does name the costume save after whoever you're playing though.

Tenshi - My supernatural character (so he's an angel, you see). Sort of a Gaultier angel. I've not really put much thought into his powers but they seem to mesh well, although he always ends up with about four differing glow effects.
DL-66 - I wanted to make a robot that referenced Blackblood from the ABC Warriors. Didn't want to call him Blackblood though. He uses dual swords (guns would have been more fitting, but eh)
On the subject of invulnerability: who needs invulnerability when your Gatling gun chews up henchmen three levels higher than yourself in two and a half seconds?

I have a hard time basing the use of any power on how hard it tears through henchmen. Supervillians maybe, but not henchmen. Yesterday we three manned andrith due to one guy zoning out to get more people (which poofed his key, once you enter make sure you clear it) and a second guy disconnecting right after the first boss.
We tried every strategy to minimize the bosses damage we could find, in the end what finally worked was zerging him while I tanked.
I really, really wish they would fix the bug where you get pulled/pushed/knocked around and resurgance/chi resurgance/orbital cannon go on cooldown without healing/lauching the orbital strike.

Frankie- Frankenstein homage from a comic I am writing. Might/Elec
Groove- Megaman homage. Force/Swords (mix of single/dual). I colored the force powers yellow and the emanation point to fist. :P
Lynx-Man: Spider-Man tribute. A canadian researcher was bitten by a radioactive Lynx, and gained their powers. Supernatural end builder then MA/Ice
Gekko- First guy that isn't an homage! Supernatural/Dual blades for as much toxic damage as I can get
Pyre- I asked about this guy in here earlier...removed the coat. A mutant who has "evolved" immortality. Essentially a human Phoenix. I him.
Deficit- A kid with ADD took too much Aderol and drank a lot of redbull...turned his ADD into telekinesis.
Finally, I made this last guy in response to some people's political views....warning, may be offensive!
The Socialist- Everyone's favorite president was actually a closet socialist! And he has mind-control powers! Watch out America!
And on a completely random note, I was fooling around with my low level (I he's level 8 right now) munitions character and saw a rather odd advantage for Two-gun mojo(I think?) that gave it double damage if it hit a feared target. I think the advantage was Trick Shot. I thought that was kinda weird since I don't think that there are any abilities in Munitions that add the fear affect. Aren't they all in Darkness? I kinda like these cross-framework type of advantages, since it gives incentive to at least cherry pick synergistic powers as opposed to unrelated powers. Or gives ideas for people who duo to have abilities that feed off each other.
Are there other abilities like this?
