in any case it looks like he has pit stains, so I'll probably pin the face UVs and re-skin the rest of it. I just learned about using a checkerboard pattern as a default so you can make sure your UVs aren't completely fucked, such as all hand vertices occupying a single pixel, as is the case here.

Here is an image I have worked on for a while. I really am pissed about the perspective issues. Fuck it though.
i'm just gonna say, if they're stretching like that while using an umbrella that is simply stuck in the sand as support, they're both about to face plant real hard.
The client wanted the person watching the TV to be very near to sleep, so I couldn't bring myself to put the arms up, it seemed too uncomfortable. But you are right, it doesn't read as well as I would like.
