    Fill-in probably. Slott is notoriously slow, and recently fill-ins usually coincide with him writing ASM issues for future issues. He can't do 2 books at the same time, which is why Gage is usually his co-writer and took over the Initiative.

    Whilce Portacio is drawing Hulk #18. I thought he was drawing Spawn? McFarlane made a big deal about Whilce drawing Spawn for the reboot. (also, delays)
