Correct internal citations in an MLA paper

Hey guys,

Unfortunately I can't find my MLA book, and I need some help regarding attributing quotes in correct MLA format.

Take this for example;

In his book Superman on the Couch: What Superheroes Tell Us About Ourselves and Our Society, Danny Fingeroth observes that there is a ‘superhero comic consciousness’, one which “draws us to pop culture heroes who mesh otherworldly powers and smarts with a sense of duty and even some human frailty”(HERE). He sees a clear connection between the masked crusaders of today and the ancient warriors and biblical figures of our past. In Superheroes: A Modern Mythology, Richard Reynold also agrees, creating a “ first-stage working definition of the superhero genre”, which he expresses in seven categories, and then goes on to show how those categories can also be found in the stories and myths of the past, from the tales of Greek Mythology, to proverbs and characters found in the bible(HERE).

For the first quotation, do I neeed anything, seeing as I mentioned the book? Or do I still nonetheless put the page number in quotations?

What about websites?

    If they run the paper through a digital plagiarism system, this post will probably come up. Not that its incriminating, just something to consider.

    Sorry to semi-hijack the thread, (I was gonna recommend the purdue guide as well) but does anyone know a good/easily understandable Chicago style guide online? Somehow I made it to sophomore year of college without having to write a paper in it (until now).

    Thanks

    http://www.bibme.org/ is good if you want to have that and maintain a list. It can also look a lot of things up so you don't have to input the values manually.
