They are currently doing testing on balance the next version of the game that is overhauling many core game mechanics (guard libra, burst system, etc) adding new characters (2 at least so far) and generally tweaking all the characters and adding new moves to most.

Well, I will be in Fayteville, AR for my Japanese proficiency test so I might be able to prove or disprove that. Most of my experience with the South is my family from poor white trash Benton. Love my cousins, but they could go on Springer.
Oh, I'm not saying that southern women can't be bat shit crazy. Hell, on average I would say their base levels of crazy tend to be higher then anywhere else in the states. But when you find a stacked southern girl with that drawl....well it does make me want to show her why the North won the war.
