Questions/pictures/clues: answers.
Anyone can answer a question right after it's posted. If more than one team member posts an answer, the second/third gets skipped (if the first person didn't get it the correct answer), but I come back for those answers if none of the other teams get the right answer also. Obviously, you want your first answer to be the correct one.
No time limit, but if I think nobody would get the answer, I'll skip the item.
That is all, as far as rulering goes.
Meanwhile, Wisconsin-Minn continues to be weird (that wasn't a question).
