I'm going to PAX alone this year and I was wondering if I could meet up with anyone and their group, clan, or just someone who is also going by themself as well. Being at an expo by yourself would feel a little lonely wouldn't it? I'll be entering some tournaments too if you wanna invite me to join if your looking for a team so your not put together with a random one. Thanks. My XBL gamertag is Pulsed and my Xfire is mrpulsar. Hope to see you there.

Ignore Borfase. He only knows how to be mean.

PAX in general is a super-social event. Everyone is very laid back in the freeplay area and joining a team for a tourney this year shouldn't be terribly difficult given the setup we've got.

Thanks a bunch, I don't mind Borfase, I actually thought he was joking with me, lol.

I'd say that starting Thursday afternoon in the doubletree lobby throughout the weekend every other person you see will be a PAX attendee. Just raise a hand and shout PAX. You'll get replies from all around.
    See ya there!

i wonder if there are going to be ANY non-pax people at the doubletree, like families. i am picturing their confusion and terror in my mind, and it is rather enjoyable.

MrPulsar, don't you have a PSP? Just whip it out and you'll get people noticing you.

Like last year when I was waiting in line, playing on my GBA, when somebody challenged me to some Bomberman Tournament. I ended up spending most of the trip with that person.

Last year I brought a friend with me bc it was my 1st time in seattle. We waited outside (not a good idea) the Theater that was playing Hero and the very first guys we saw we ended up chilling with before and then the day after convention. This year I am actually flying in to oregon and taking the remaining trip with the PAX Bus.

It's just that easy to meet and greet.
