Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!
Internet not working and Win7 stuttering(solved-ish)
So I upgraded to Win7 like everyone else on the planet, and yesterday everything was working fine.
I wake up today, turn on the computer, and pretty much can't use the computer.
The internet gives me maybe a second of working if I reset the connection, and other computers(for instance, my Eee which I'm using to post this) can connect and use the internet just fine. It worked for the first 20 minutes of the day too, just slightly slow.
Also, the mouse stutters every few seconds, as does Media player, even when running nothing else. Hell, the mouse stutters when running absolutely nothing.
There is no unknown program running, Avast hasn't detected any problems, the CPU is hovering at about 5% use and RAM at about 40%.
