Starts from an NPC in front of the faction areas in Dalaran, you just have to talk to Jaina as she shows up periodically and doesn't help in the 3 5 mans. Quite a bit of gold out of it, 6 frost emblems, and a bit of lore.

Holy shit Ice Crown 25 has some serious adds at the door. Found it funny the first boss is in sight of the door, until we entered the front chamber and found fucking 40 adds clustered together and bringing a lot a lot of pain.

Same here. We wiped on the opening bit, and after trying to zone back in and failing, I'm now unable to log in with that character. Just stuck on the (un)loading screen.
Hope this clears up by 8. A few of us had planned to do the heroic versions then, and I'm going to be pissed if Blizzard won't allow me to log in.

Just did all the new 5 mans on normal and now I'm doing them on Heroic.
Lots of fun. They are short, sweet and the bosses are interesting. Also, groups full of stupid people who don't wait for explanations die HARD. In H FoS our tank and healer got SMOKED because no one waited for me to explain what mirrored soul did.
Thankfully we had good DPS and we downed his last 50% while I DPS tanked the motherfucker in Frost Presense.
No Battered Hilt yet, but I got me a 20 Slot bag from James Brown. I don't know why Heroic James Brown dropped the 20 slot instead of the 22 slot makes no sense.

Yeah the itemization for shamans SUCKS as usual.
The best spell weapon is a sword, although there is a dagger with a ton of haste and a slot (for more haste) that really tempts me more than the quel.
I saw a hilt, and someone (in my guild) got mad when we all rolled need instead of greed because "you dont even know what its for"

On Heroic anyway. On normal, well geared players can DPS/Heal through anything they throw out.
So has there been any/lots of bitching about the fact that people can now get ~full tier 9 from heroics?
From some of the scrubs on my server/in my guild, yes
I'm not complaining. I'll outgear them in ICC gear soon enough (even assuming they'll be able to achieve 245 gear due to "omg guys totc is so hard"), and now it's even easier to gear up my alts.
the guildies (few and far between, mind you) are just whining because they don't want the morons to wear gear they haven't "earned"
