God buckwolfe, now all I see in each of these photos is the place the poster probably masturbates.

    Just great.

This is especially awkward for the people that posted their office cubicles.

Well what do you use a piano bench for, if not to tickle the ivories?

    I am so, so sorry.

Here is my office, I didn't include my desk cause it's just a laptop and some basic speakers. But I do have a pretty cool art desk. I have had it for about four years and don't think I can ever get rid of it.

    desk2.jpg

I am doing some paintings for a robot show coming up so there are a lot of blank canvas laying around.

    here is my crown jewel:

    DSC00258.jpg

let it be known that I bought this desk from a Goodwill. I painted the outside of it orange, and the splatters are mine, but what is on the inside was painted when I bought it and was a surprise when I got it home:

    desktopREAL.jpg

I love it, I have tried to clean up the inside. It probably won't stay this clean for long but this is the cleanest it has been in a long time:

    deskREAL.jpg

EDIT: sorry this is so big.

What it lacks in personality it more then makes up for in my not having to pay rent.

I have a workspace! Even if I don't work a whole lot anymore!

    005.jpg

Check out those sexy fake wood panel walls there. Yep, didn't spare a dime on this place....

By the way, that blur is my cat getting up to her kitty bed there on the left, covered in hair. If that isn't on my desk she sits on my keyboard.

She is indeed a blurry cat. I couldnt afford to get an in focus cat, they just cost too darn much.
She is a seal point ragdoll if you were being serious >_> damn you internet and not being able to tell sarcasm in written text!

*Edit* she is kind of see through in that pic too, I'm noticing, that is impressive :O

Alright, they put in my new lights yesterday so here are some photos of my studio. The big LCD is on a full motion arm so I can use it as a dual screen, watch movies, or swing it over my easel and put reference on it. There is also a bed conveniently located in my studio for sleeping on.

Pshh..Franklin is an amazing guard dog. Most people who walk through the gate turn around as soon as he barks once.

If I saw Franklin it would have the opposite effect. I would run up and snuggle him, and then use him as a cart dog to help me steal all your stuff back to Chicago.

That picture is misleading..the floor is actually pretty disgusting right now. I need to mop the entire house pretty badly. But its tough to do when Franklin is here.

Also there is actually more to the studio space I have up here, but I want to organize my bookshelves before I photo them.

    Mine is pretty unartistic (inartistic?)...

jesus Cake, look at all that natural light, the space, the track lighting, all so clean...

I like your tablet stand Sonic, :D

I am going to have to relocate my studio after Jan 15th. I have an art show coming up, but after that I am moving to our basement with all my stuff so we can turn the studio into the baby's room. I'll take pictures, I might wind up with more space down there but it is an unfinished basement so it looks like a dungeon...an Art Dungeon!!!

Well the glare changes depending on where you are looking at them from, so each print is pretty easy to see without glare by just stepping to the left or right. But I have organized the lights so there is no glare on my favorite prints when I am sitting at the easel.

Actually when you are sitting down there is very little glare anyways.
