    This seems to confirm that.

this isnt a bot at all is it? This is just a random chat log with strangers isn't it?

From your perspective, probably. Can you be creative?

this isnt a bot at all is it? This is just a random chat log with strangers isn't it?

    Then what's your real name?

this isnt a bot at all is it? This is just a random chat log with strangers isn't it?

The third time, to be precise. Do you remember my name?

wait, a forensic psychologist? that suggests he was brought in specifically for the case which also implies he hadn't been diagnosed before this all happened because if he had, they would presumably have trotted out the psychiatrist that diagnosed and was treating him
so that smells really fishy to me and strengthens (for me) the suspicion that the claim is a load of shit

well first you're willfully ignoring the part that says the family had other documentation, and second just because a psychologist isn't brought in until someone is on trial doesn't mean the diagnosis is unsound

a claim that they had other documentation does not mean they had other documentation, let alone even clarify what that documentation is

I mean, if it actually exists it could just be a note from a family member to another about how the dude seems kinda crazy
