So after some reflecting I've decided on what to do about my frequently debilitating chronic depression

And it does not involve drinking more or anything otherwise self-destructive

In fact it effectively includes a plan to cut back on my drinking which has progressed to a steady rate of a bottle of whiskey every 1-2 weeks.

They are a social race with an endoskeleton, who transform their enviroment into cave like structures, they follow a queen who lays eggs. That's insectoid.

They have a queen that mass-lays eggs.

They have an exoskeleton as opposed to flesh.

    Really?

    I do

The chestburster is like the larvae of certain wasp species; gestating and eating the host from the inside out

the adult is less directly insectile, but it still features an exoskeleton and a hive-like social structure

as well as extreme sexual dimorphism

Ants are not very hive-mind like either. Authoritan dictatorship more like.

There are police ants who kills females that try to get pregnant.

In one race atleast, the police ants kill intruders and ants who fuck up, but the females that try to get pregnant?

they bite their legs off and leave them to starve.
