Dude, so we got into ME1 and I let the wife pick the storyline. She likes doing dark side playthoughs and I like light side, so it was an adjustment. We picked a female, and made her evil, but in the end we hooked her up with Kaiden over Liara.
So I tried to do a male Shephard light side playthrough and I've gotta say, I hate the character's voice. It's awful.
Also, I tried to do a biotic playthrough as I had previously done a soldier, and I'm still severely dissapointed.
So I'm thinking of making another Evil Shephard female soldier, who hooks up with Liara, for my master playthrough (the one we pulled over into ME2 is only lvl 37) unless anyone can give me better ideas.

It's easy. The money comes in so fast when you have many buildings. There'll be a limit and once your over it you can just walk around and buy everything you see.

I had two things spoiled for me in this thread yesterday, after repeatedly asking people to be careful. So, fuck it. Clearly, you people can't be trusted with the responsibility to use good judgment when it comes to using spoiler tags. Here are the definitive guidelines you were looking for.

I know the feeling. I got to the first town, reached four star blacksmith and I own a fruit vendor and a jewelry stall. I was getting bored till I got to a cave and bought a slow time spell. Then I giggled madly as I pulled some John Woo shit with my sword and rifle.
If you're saying something more detailed than "this game is good," put it in fucking spoilers.

The game came out three fucking days ago and people have been posting plot spoilers for it with zero warning, and I'm fucking sick and tired of being mocked for asking people to have a shred of fucking courtesy when posting in completely unrelated threads.
I realize adding those tags takes an entire mouse click, and is so very difficult to do. But here, I made things easier on everyone: no more expecting people to use the slightest hint of good judgment; now, you just spoiler pretty much everything. Nice and easy, no thought required.

Yesterday was a crazy day. I discovered that one of my teachers can't grow hair anywhere on her entire body, some kind of medical condition. I sleuthed out that one of our classmates last semester is a creepy creepy old man who makes sexual advances towards aspiring young male actors and has lied about writing for TV shows that IMDB/Wiki claims he never wrote for. Also I saw a burlesque show that had burlesque comedy, improv, belly dancing and tribal african drumming and dancing.

God one of the girls in our group was so belligerently drunk, but, at least it just ended in her getting an improv song sung about her tits and dancing on stage with the drummers instead of anything worse. Rowdy kids.
Using spoilers too aggressively is also bad, because I want to participate in ME2 discussion when it comes up but there are still parts of the game I don't want spoiled. If we start spoilering the fact that Commander Shepard uses a pistol then I'm going to assume that I can click on most spoilers safely.

Yeah, combat is boring and dull, the good/evil choices are cartoonishly exaggerated and the whole game is a big old dull fest.
