    Done with the OP... and yeah, I am now thinking some team synergy would be very helpful ;)

    How does spy/swift interact with percentage chance of infection?

    If you are attacked three times with sly, do you have a 30% - 20% = 10% chance of infection? Or does being harder to hit not count towards infection? (you would still have a 30% chance of being infected)

    A player immune to the effects of the infection can still carry it in their bloodstream. If an immune player is attacked 10 times in a single night, they are guaranteed to be a carrier.

    Being harder to hit does not count against the chances of infection. A player with the sly trait will have a 20% chance to dodge a zombie's attack - assuming that zombie's attack would have hit in the first place - and if he or she is hit then she will have a 10% chance to be infected.

    So; zombie has 50% chance to hit the sly player. If that attack is successful, player has 20% chance to dodge. If the dodge fails, there is then a 10% chance to be infected.

    Assuming you mean the counter-attacks granted by the vengeful and wrath of God traits - you'll automatically attack your assailant with your most powerful weapon.

    So apparently the "being a spy and venturing out in your own little group" thing is not a viable option.

    The whole "whoops some dickhead investigated me and now Im all alone with no weapons or items" scenario would suck. hard.

    It is totally viable - normal zombies will ignore a spy completely.

    A problem arises when a special infected decides to go om nom nom nom on your stealthy face.

    I believe the spy has to be the one "Investigating" for his stealth to be broken.

    The OP mentioned spies cannot carry weapons/items. Does this restriction also include grenades (which are listed seperately)?

    So I think the plan is to become a Human Tank so that, when infected, I (hopefully) have a greater chance of becoming the Tank. Which, as we all know, is the ultimate goal.

    2. Are grenades lost when used?


    3. Can weapons run out of ammo?


    4. Under "So what actions can I perform each night?" it seems like doing any of those other actions means you're all alone. Am I reading that right?

    You can't do any damage if you are unarmed. I can assure you that if you tried to punch an infected to death it would not end well for you.

    Yes.

    No. Ammo is plentiful, it's the weapons themselves that are scarce.

    You'll still be in your group, you just won't help them fend off any waves of zombies. You will contribute towards repelling a special infected attack, however.

    A quick clarification on combat. If zombies have 20 hp and I fire a shotgun that does 40 damage, does it only hit one zombie or would it do the full 40 damage and kill off two zombies?

    You'll kill two. Call it splash damage or bullet penetration.

    Those who take the Assassin trait can rest assured that their melee skills will be translated into zombie combat... somehow.
