When my GF came to my home for the first time, I made her a meal so horrible that she's never asked me to cook again. I should also learn how to cook.

humble really wants a husky, but i feel that they're a much more unreasonable apartment dog
I personally adore all dogs, particularly big ones you can play with.

Huskies are big, and they're super friendly, but they have more energy than 600 dogs of any other breed combined. You don't want a husky in an apartment.
Yeah, my sister had a malamute for a while (similar temperament) and it was smart as all hell, but damn it could be a right little hyperactive shithead. She had to find a new home for it when she got a fulltime job and an apartment with no yard, because there was no way she had enough time to exercise it and it would have torn apart the house. Also, apparently those breeds have constant dominance issues which you really have to get on top of early, especially since they're pretty strong.

On the other hand, if you hitched its lead to your bike handles it'd drag you up a hill.

But keep in mind that the dog will not care if the bicycle is upright or not, which could lead to some amusing stories.

Oh, yeah, that happened. She took off after a bird once and completely flipped both me and the bike.

I think it was when the accumulated family dog-damage was ratcheting up into the thousands that my sister realised it was not a tenable situation.

I had an awesome dream last night that I don't remember.

It sucks that I was in the shower this morning and I suddenly remembered it, I was all, "Oh that's so aweso-oh and now it's gone"

Now all I remember was that I remember having an awesome dream.

I wish I read more graphic novels. I used to read the different Captain America series' and the new Conan pretty religiously, then after I enlisted I just kinda stopped... I need to get back into it.

Greg Ruth and Cary Nord ftw.

I wish I read more books. It would greatly improve my spelling and grammar which I lack so hardcore. Also it just gives my brain something fresh to image. I think in pictures so it gives me more pictures to draw off of.

I had a weird dream last night. There was some kind of war taking place, and people were being assigned to different regions based on their aptitude.

And the art department was sending me as a writing expert to Georgia, and told me I would be working with NightDragon.

Then I called NightDragon names and said that we needed real writing experts, like Quoth and Taky (WB forumers).

It was a very weird dream.

    Bit... Defender?

We have something at work called 'WebSense' which blocks almost everything. Frustrating when it gets to 3am and you're BORED TO DEATH.

Thinking of moving interstate to Melbourne. I feel like I have to get out of my comfort zone. This recent infatuation has prompted these feelings. Must. Escape. Awful. Man.

    It's kind of exciting!

On the other hand, I walked for 2 hours today and my thighs are a little chafed. Urgh.

Can anyone help me find that video about other professions being treated like freelance artists? I think there were people in a restaurant trying to not pay for their food because it wasn't as good as they'd hoped, or something. Stuff like that.

Hrm. Looks like, unless things change pretty drastically, I'm going to have a whole lot more time for drawing as of the end of March.

I am actually a little excited by the prospect, largely because I know I'm not going to starve/become homeless as a result of this layoff.
