Muppet Christmas Carol is my favorite Christmas movie, and my favorite Disney Musical. The duet with Scrooge and his fiance in past, is so beautiful and heartbreaking. Michael Caine is my favorite Scrooge not named McDuck.
Me too That may just be because I have a bizarre love of muppets though.
They removed that song too!
It's no longer in any DVD version available! What the fuck?

Eh, that song was kind of boring though. At the very least it was too long.
MuddBudd on
There's no plan, there's no race to be run
The harder the rain, honey, the sweeter the sun.
I'm not gonna lie, as a kid I would always groan whenever that one played.
I think the best Scrooge ever done in a movie was George C. Scott's version, but to be honest all you'd have to do to get him ready for the role is wake him up in the morning.
Aside from that, Micheal Cane did a pretty good job.

it's a good song, but its buildup is totally screwy and the visuals aren't all that impressive except for at the end
best lyrics of any musical number in the movie, though, hands-down
