(360) My PES 2010 wont load, anyone know a fix?

So my 360 will play any game perfectly well, but my copy of pro evo 2010 has suddenly started to get stuck on a black screen with some white stars in the bottom left corner when I try to load the game. The only way to get back out of this is to turn the xbox off first.
Anyone had the same problem or know of a fix for it? I bought this game months ago so I no longer have the receipt so I'd like to try and fix it before buying a new copy.
