Clarificaiton: Rane can you provide a key to what the colors mean? I assume red gate means closed, so is that West base gate with the X's perma-closed?

So are we going to plan like we NEED to, or are we going to just panic and die?
I suggest those in the south-east building run up towards the South gate and have someone use it to close it. Someone needs to close the East gate as well.
We need two more troopers in the upper right turret and one more trooper in the bottom right, to prevent flyers from attacking unmanned turrets. We need 5 men on the J11 south turret as well, there's enough troopers around there to stock it up.
Get the hell out of the center building once you have enough supplies. You don't want to discover a hole there.
As much as it hurts, I have to agree with B:L. Particularly, the turrets are something we can control, let's not lose people to that. And opening a hole in the middle of the base would be very bad....

Wait, oh, no I haven't. I just think that we shouldn't spread ourselves out too thinly - look how well that turned out for the North and South squads.

For the bottom right turret, if that could be aimed to all the squares immediately to the east of the door that would be splendid. I would think that we have the interior covered in terms of blowing our way out and I know that we have the west covered from those stray bugs.
I should be able to provide support to the top-right turret since that appears to be undermanned.
