Well, you should put Apollo's viper in the sitrep at 7 o'clock.
Also, I usually list the skill cards that the person drew instead of just saying "completed" there. It's particularly useful for Cylons, multi-draw choices, and people in sickbay. Cuts down on questions later, makes it easier to keep track of what people are doing.

So far it looks like this is a group that posts mostly in the evenings, US time. Is that generally accurate for all of you? I myself monitor the forums pretty much all day >.>
