This is a Miniphalla, read about them here!
Some familiarity with Half-Life would be beneficial but not essential, specificaly the first game and its expansions. if you don't know what Half-Life is, how is it under your rock?
Rules!
All normal phalla rules apply. This is a "standard" phalla with the odd special mechanic.
Every night you will all vote for someone to be eliminated by Black Mesa's security systems. the vote is the vote- it doesn't trickle, there's no vote manipulation in the game, and if someone is killed on the night theyre voted off they just die some more.
Vote close is at 10pm GMT, but Im guaranteed to be late with narration*.. also of importance please note, CLOSING TIME FOR ACTIONS IS 1 HOUR BEFORE VOTE CLOSE. You all have some kind of ability, but some abilities are more special than others- and since this is my first attempt at the wonders of PA Mafia/Phalla, I want to give myself some leeway if theres last minute action changes

*The first version was Infidel approved but i changed it a little since then you have been warned
Circulating or CPing host PMs, btw, is a big no no. Because then people can just compare mispellings and see what's really written by everyones favourite illiterate Villain.

Does this mean what it sounds like it means (i.e. this is a faction game with no "true" mafia)?
No. The Black Ops are a mafia. This isn't a straight faction game. It's like a ripoff of Prelude to Phallakinetic, pre-Behemoth chaos
His point is that the rules as written sounds as if the game ends (with your faction victorious) as soon as you wipe out the other faction, regardless of whether the mafia is still around.
Is eliminating the Black Ops a necessary part of the win condition for a majority of non-Black Ops players?

Yes. The majority of players need to eliminate the Black Ops to win.
