You play Borderlands like you're in your 60s.

The beach is a place where there are big roaring waves to swim in and lots of crabs to capture and harass and sand to build castles.

How can you not like it?

Those are all awfully lame things to drive toward for hours, sir.

Beach volleyball! Ladies! Sketchy beach food! Seagulls stealing boxes of cheez-its!

This doesn't really address my first point, sir.

The first point being that the drive is long? Don't you have portable entertainment? Read a book or play some portable vidja.

All of these things you listed just aren't things that I really enjoy.

I thought I was, like, a year older than I was for about six months.

    Me too, actually.

I had recently been hanging out with two different girls a lot more and they both were a year older than me (and, every now and then, would whine about how old they were). Anyway, I didn't notice it, but I had, somewhere along the line, adjusted my age +1 year to theirs. I didn't catch on to this until I was out for a buddy's birthday and one of his other friends asked him how it felt to be a quarter century and I sat there thinking to myself "what? I totally thought Justin was the same age as me. When did that happe--ohhhhhhh."

Unlike most Americans I tend to save about 50% or more of my money I make. 2.5 years in Japan on a salary of about $27,000 a year I saved $25,000 dollars. But finding a job is a priority, I just hate it. But I am also getting my teaching certification as I look so in the long run I can teach again.
