We just can't get enough of the stuff.

Play Warp Shield to Kislev on a Horror.

Warp Shield - 0 - When you play this card, choose one of your figures in this region. That figure cannot be killed in battle this round.

Well, that was just a horrible thing to do.

Play Field of Ecstacy in Kislev
Field of Ecstasy - 2 - None of the figures in this region roll battle dice this round

You siblings perplex me so. Corrupting empty barren regions? Inciting sexual activities on my front door? Not that I don't appreciate it. I could learn lessons from you all. At least Khorne is nice and predictable.

It seems spite is a more powerful motivator that strategy. My cultists do appreciate the distraction though, and the opportunity to spread their festering crotchrot.

    Round 2 Summoning Phase

Witch Hunters In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, in each region containing a Hero token, the player with the greatest Threat score loses one corruption token there, if he has any present. (FAQ: Check threat once, not once per region.)

Warpstone Discovery In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, any player with at least one follower in any region containing at least one Warpstone token draws a Chaos card.
(FAQ: Max one card per player)

    CitOW-g16-r2-1.gif

Khorne (6/7)'s armies scream a Battle Cry (no corruption is placed) in Estalia.
Nurgle (5/6) quietly leaks a leper into Troll Country.
Tzeentch (6/6) summons up a Warp Shield (one model can't take damage) to protect his horror in Kislev.
Slaanesh (4/6) walks among the lands of Kislev and watches it descend into a Field of Ecstasy (no battle dice are rolled) in his wake.

    Khorne is active.

Huh, I thought Witch Hunters worked differently. It thought it was basically "when a hero kills a figure, that figure's owner loses 1 corruption". Not that I'm complaining, of course :)

If it makes you feel better to think that brother Slaanesh, then go right ahead.

    Bloodletter to the Border Princes.

    2/7

Problem is, if left unmolested, Slaanesh tends to win pretty easily, so expect me to do lot's of molesting...

Oh dear, that didn't quite come out the way I had planned.

Crap, I've made a silly mistake.

edit: I do this a lot when I play chess. I think carefully of a move to take and then suddenly realise I could make a better move and immediately do that instead. Then I suddenly remember why I was going to do the former move in the first place, and as such regret my decision. It's pretty minor but I'll tell it after.
