The admiral bats Doc Cottle's hand away. "Damn it man, I'm fine! And while I'm sitting in here, the frakking Cylons are probably surrounding the ship! Get out of my way!"

The fleet needs a leader, and to that end I'll draw a Leadership.

Admiral Tigh joins the Chief at Communications and orders a pair of the exposed Civilian ships to evade the Cylon Raiders. In the midst of doing so, the relatively peaceful DRADIS screen explodes with a host of new contacts; the Cylons are back and they're out for Human blood.

    Surrounded!
    Instructions:
    1) Activate Basestars

Basestar @ 9 O'Clock fires on Galactica: Basestar (1d8=7) Hit! FTL Control takes the hit and is Damaged; no players are injured.

    2) Setup Ships;
    1 O'Clock: 3 Raiders, 1 Heavy Raider
    3 O'Clock: 1 Civilian
    5 O'Clock: 1 Viper, 1 Civilian
    7 O'Clock: 1 Viper, 1 Civilian
    9 O'Clock: 4 Raiders
    11 O'Clock: Basestar
Special Rule: The current player must discard 3 Skill Cards.

Admiral Tigh, since discards are public, please post your discards to the thread.

"That was an interesting choice Admiral. Instead of XOing the CAG you decide to communicate with the ships directly."

More of the Cylon fleet beamed in.

"The Admiral or the Chief is a Cylon and they are definitely giving away our information to the fleet. They are trying to distract us with attacks so we do not find them."

    Maximum Firepower: (8, 2, 3, 1) = 2 Hits; 2 Raiders destroyed.

Inappropriately timed as it seems given the current situation, several members of the Quorum are discussing the upcoming elections. Their subversive efforts may have enough strength behind them to lower trust in President Baltar, possibly eroding his political support.

    Elections Loom
    8 Politics, Leadership
    Pass: No Effect
    5+ : -1 Morale
Fail: -1 Morale and the President discards 4 Skill Cards.

    ((Activate Heavy Raiders))
    ((Jump Prep))

Discuss your contributions to this crisis in this thread and then PM your cards to me. Your contributions will be locked in when everyone before you has contributed or passed.
