I've lurked here for a few years and thought, since i'm finally starting to create more, i'd post a few threadless designs i'm working on to get some critiques. I'll post them all on the t-shirt template to start, but i can post larger sizes if that's easier too.
This one is called "Billy the Kid"
and this one is "Spaghetti Western"

Cute designs, but the placement seems like you just took a poster and stuck it on the front of a shirt.

yeah, the billy the kid one would look better if the goat was on the lefter side of the shirt and the weed thing on the right (dont flip it, just move each piece individually)
I dont know about letting the tumble weed cut off at the end of the shirt-maybe placing it behind the goat and making it a bit smaller? Not feeling the shadows, either. Cute idea and otherwise fine execution, though!
That meatball one is super cute but its real world positioning would probably be awkward and conceal some of the image around the side of the person wearing it. Might be worth shrinking it down.

The boots look all sorts of wrong, I think it would work better without them.
The hat, scarfe and holster do more than enough to say that this goat is an outlaw.
I highly suggest working with shirts on people for placement, Because it'll help you see the shirt a little better. Honestly the template they offer is a little too short/wide in my opinion. There's a flicker shirt group for threadless and you should take advantage of it: http://www.flickr.com/groups/lessthread/pool/

Thanks for your critiques so far.
That does look pretty good though, but I do think it would look better the way i meant it.

iRoco makes awesome model-less templates.
I changed the Billy The Kid one a little. Just small placement changes.
Also here is a new spaghetti western version.
Here's a version that resembles some spaghetti I was given at a restaurant recently:
that shirt is wonderful
