Can't take all the credit for coming up with that idea though. My sister loves this beatles coffee pick on deviantart so i figured i make her a sort of off-brand picture for her bday.
Your cartoons are so pretty they make me want to cry.
Your natural lines, your bold use of color, and your intricate, patterned details are simply inspirational!
Wow! You've got some great stuff there! I like the pic of the soldier (I think what you're missing may just be the darkness of the shadow where you have it outlined). The mermaid hair and hand contours are awesome and that 'Red Riding Hood Wooo' is crazy cool! Nice job...
Thanks so much! Paradise i love your stuff! Especially the colors! Ahhh i feel so special, thanks thanks thanks!
Thanks too brogan! Are you the same brogan on Drunkduck?
And mustang, that totally looks like nite owl. Thats awesome.
Actually Paradise, I do have some cartooonnsss. I currently have a little webcomic called Faults (i post stuff on my DA and on drunkduck). Here are a few strips(i might've already posted one or two in here)
Some of these strips are super old though
(that last one was a quickie quickie thing done for fun. I think i looked at something of tynics-it was super beautiful and desolate-and another cityscape thing)
yeah animal crossing is bad baaad addiction right now. Very bad.
Paradise: yeah my DD is faults but i kinda have stopped going there because its...It's a little annoying. I dunno. I just don't like DD anymore. But my deviantart name is worstcaseex! I post up almost everything there now.
I kinda wish i had a cool website, but DA is free. Hooray!
Just looked at your DA, Worstcase. There's some great work over there. My account name is kyleharv, in case you want to friend me (or whatever they do over there). Nobody knows me on DeviantArt.
When you look at your work, it makes sense that Tolouse-Lautrec is one of your favorite artists. That crazy French dude explored the richness of color and texture like a champion; his paintings were so vivid. His work expressed life in all of its dreamy hue and texture and shape-induced richness. You know, it's like you can really feel his art. I think that your art has a similar quality, with a similar cool use of color and texture... except in a, uh, cartoonier way.
Bottom line: Keep it up because you're making people happy.
I really love your art work; the energy in it is incredible. I wanted to vote for your tweet shirt but when I clicked on the link I didn't see a button to vote. Did I miss my chance? If so did it win? Keep up the inspiration, it's awesome.
Beavotron: ahahhaha beavo loves me? That just made my day day day I looooove youse too
Paradise: I am totally going to check out your deviantart account. Yeah i really love lautrec, his work is so strange and brilliant, and i really really appreciate the compliment/comparison.
Edilith: thanks!
Tralfamadorian: Ah thanks! Yeah that tweet shirt already got voted on (scored a 1.92).Threadless is pretty tough but i think i may give it another shot!
And now: more arts
So i tried to experiment by using grey/black layering techniques with spray paint and stencils. I kinda like it but its also a tad messy.
ahh Manon you rock. Even though this reply is 2 weeks late, I still want you to know that I had no idea that spray adhesive would fix the blurry edge problem
Would i be able to find this adhesive at say, target?

terrible photo, I am getting a new camera sooon. So very soon. Its a quickie of a boat
aww phooey.
The ship painting's horizon is a tad shimmery...but im terrified of touching it again because i feel like i would just ruin it though hurgh.
Oh i loved doing that pope chess comic, thanks so much.

the shimmery textures near the horizon kind of break the mood for me. apart from that: stunning composition, great color. love it.
your art in the pope-chess comic is blowing my mind. i know i've seen it before, but your version is really awesome.

for some reason the idea that the animals talking is all in her head is super entertaining to me
