    this new game Alien Breed: Impact looks like it has potential
    made by Team 17, the guys that did the Worms games

    but this isn't at all like worms
    it's an isometric sci-fi shooter that looks very similar to Alien Shooter, but more polished

    downloading the demo from Steam

    Oh, awesome, I've been waiting to see how that turns out. If anyone ever played the UT2004 mod, Alien Swarm (completely rad) it seems heavily based on that.

    Is it a multiplayer demo, Dru?

    They were supposed to make Alien Swarm on the source engine but i don't think they ever did

    Most, yes. Some, which modifiy the engine, do not. However, Valve has patched some games to make these work, so you'll have to be more specific.

    Well, I already have Deus Ex and I was going to get that Vampire: The Masquerade game and I wanted to try some of them.

    I doubt any of the mods I would use would change the engine though.

    If the mod changes the .exe, it usually won't work, because Steam encrypts it.

    They updated on May 29th of this year. The previous update was on September 9th, 2007. I am so fucking excited.
