I want natal to work with 360 controllers. By that I mean, imagine playing a tactical FPS. You have a squad behind you. You stop, then give the squad hand signals, and the AI picks them up. Small shit like that that would go a long way.
Alternatively, developers could just map that to a button. Then they'd be able to pull that off without wasting quite a bit of processing power for what would be a pretty trivial addition and require you to take your hand off the controller to do it.
To 'a' button? I think you're a little simple.
I think your face is a little simple!
Seriously though, I wasn't literally saying 'a' button, just that buttons would be more convenient for that feature.
EvilBadman: As far as I'm aware, there's a non-disclosure agreement until shortly after Sony's conference on tuesday. Outside of a silly attempt to get publicity right after Nintendo and Sony's press conferences, I'm not sure why they'd bother though.
I am anxious to see if Nintendo can top last year's Ravi Drums/Wii Vitality Sensor/Women's Murder Club triple whammy of disillusionment. Also hoping for at least one of the inevitable motion controllers to spaz out on stage and be completely unplayable, and a two-hour long talk with a guy who did coffee runs on the set of the Prince of Persia movie.
I hope this is the worst E3 ever. I honestly can't wait!
With Microsoft; looking forward to seeing more RB3 stuff, whatever Rare is up to, hopefully some XBLA surprises or new Dashboard features and seeing more about Natal. More Halo and Fable info should be something to watch.
But I'm going to miss the MS bit because I'm going to the motherfucking Golden Gods Awards instead!
I wouldn't be surprised if the 3DS steals the show, yet games 'journalists' still say that Nintendo's press conference is worse than, let's say, car analogies
Hardware years are always a little more exciting. Sony and Microsoft had there's last year and this year Nintendo get to play around with the 3DS. In many ways it's more exciting than a home console announcement because unlike the hit and miss of their consoles Nintendo always bring home the bacon with portables.
Plus Zelda at last. Been waiting for three E3's for this.

Making the other two AS WE SPEAK. And yes, I totally stole the layout from Joystiq.
Ugh. Dogsitting that week and will probably have to make daily trips to my parents house to watch it. Might just say fuck it and go to my apartment to stream it (don't trust their internet).
Last year I watched it with a friend and the best part was either laughing at Natal or when Nintendo revealed that they were working with a third party on a game. I just said "Team Ninja!" sarcastically and then whatdyaknow?
I just randomly had a vision of the crowd revolting after some sort of horrible, long, boring announcement. Just screaming and throwing stuff on stage, chanting for 'Zelda' or 'Metroid' or something else people might actually came about. The stage clearing and show coming to a grinding halt.
And then as it looks like everyone might riot, Miyamoto or someone from Rockstar just pops up from back stage. And they're just like, screw it, here's this Zelda/GTA5/FF15 trailer we were going to save another six months that I have on my phone, zoom the camera in on this shit.
No clue why, I hardly ever keep track of this stuff. But it'd be amazing to hear reports of actual new games instead of video chat and Netflix.
Friends list enlarged? Not a hope, though I would love to hear about some improvements to it (notes etc).
Well, apparently the Halo 2 Friends List was what kept it limited to 100.
Now that it's been pulled from the Live lineup though, hopefully they'll make some changes to it.
EDIT: And Badman, you forgot the "Nintendo Shows That Their Bars Are Higher Than Other Companies' Bars" tile.
That rumour persists. It was nothing to do with Halo - Bungie have publicly said that it could handle whatever Live threw at it. It was an OG Live limit. Now that it's been shut down, though...

I recall one of the bees posting an interview with someone (Bunie or Microsoft?) that a tiny percentage of people have near a hundred people on their friends list, and even less on the old clan lists, so that you shouldn't hold your breath on improvements. Though I'd love for them to be proven wrong.
Yeah, but I've said before - without holding a trial run, you've no way of knowing what the guys with full lists would use. I know I need at least 120 spots. I'm at the point where I'm just regularly rotating people out. It fudges the numbers slightly because everyone who would use a higher cap can't. Plus I'm pretty sure that their numbers flrvhow many friends someone has includes Silver users. I would have no problem with a larger list being Gold-only.

I'm curious if Blizzard/Activision is going to make some sort of announcement about Battlenet 2.0 games being region locked. I'm wondering if they'll clear the air on it or circle the wagons.

In the "any news is good news" camp, here are things I'm hoping we'll hear about:
Demon's Souls 2/DLC
Dead Space 2
Dragon Age 2
Mass Effect 3
Castlevania LoS
FFVII remake (yes, really)
FFXIII Versus
MG Rising / MG 5
Resident Evil 6
Borderlands 2

I think you could do with taking out God of War PSP 2, seeing as they announced it months ago and replacing it with a PSP2 announcement. Also, have Sony even had celebrities talk at their conferences? I know Microsoft and Ubisoft love them but Sony?
Fawst: Dead Space 2, Castlevania LoS and MGS Rising are givens. FF Versus XIII and RE6, possibilities. The rest though? Not happening.
I do think there's a good chance Bioware will unveil the next Dragon Age expansion though, possibly even a ME2 one as well. And Sony will probably announce Demon's Souls 2 at TGS.

So basically I am hoping for solid release dates for Infamous 2 and Mortal Kombat
Everything else is (possibly delicious) gravy

Badman's been hard at work at finishing up the Bingo card contents.
But I'll be watching for Zelda news, if nothing else.
E3 Keynote Thread: Ravi Drums Chat 2010
Me, interested in a handheld! A landmark day indeed
Last year's Nintendo conference did indirectly cause this on the Giant Bombcast, though:

And for that I am thankful.

That is some good shit Badman and FyreWulff. I'm pretty sure diagonal from top right to bottom left is almost guaranteed BINGO status.

Updated with Nintendo Card and Sony list.
I'm really frightened of the Microsoft Bingo happening Vertically on the middle row.

It's basically the free space.

Because that is total bullshit.

This.
What about making videos of your avatars and sending them to friends, does that count?
1) Valkyria Chronicles 2 demo
2) Pokemon B/W demo
This is what I want
Everything else is gravy

Dead Space 2
Dragon Age 2
Mass Effect 3

That about does it...
