    Bikram Yoga is amazing for my depression and anxiety. Give it a shot. Oh, and running is also effective. Go for a 40-50 minute run, and really, really fucking push yourself. Run until you feel like your lungs are about to bleed.

    Also, nothing comforts me more than a book and a cuppa tea.

    my mom is drunk and yelling at me to do things that don't entirely make sense and her drunk friends are also yelling at me for not listening to my mother when they don't really know what is going on and my mom is probably telling them how I yelled at her because I am a 'stuck up teenager' and I'm not really sure what to do so I'm hiding in my room for fourth of july but now she's yelling at for not being outside to be told that I am a bad person by her friends
