Hahaha, the last game on this board I read had Khorne with the cultist upgrade, so I subconciously remembered them as rolling battle dice. I blame Tzeentch.
i think you have to decide first brother tzeentch as placing the warpstone finishes this turn but you dont draw until draw phase of next turn, atleast thats my interpretation
Yep, things happen in the order given. It's an ordered list for a reason!
Quick question before we continue on - there were some significant rules misunderstandings by players during this first round of play. If you want to, we can treat that round just played as a teaching round and restart the game (re-randomizing the cards and tokens) with better understanding. Otherwise, I'll reveal the next Old World card and we can continue on.
Im fine continuing on as the battle dice misunderstanding worked fine for me but understand if Khorne especially feels he is off to a slow start because of it, ok with either option

Yea Khorne's the one that got slighted; if he wants to restart That's fine with me.
Norse Reavers
Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. Then, place one Event token in each of Bretonnia, Tilea, and the Empire. Finally, place one Peasant token in each region.
In the end phase, when Old World cards are resolved, remove one Peasant token (if able) from every region where there is an Event token.
I'll work on the board and hand updates, then Khorne is active for the round 2 summoning phase.
Norse Reavers (remove peasant at event) and Witch Hunters (remove corruption from highest threat at heroes) remain in effect
Khorne (5/7) deploys a bloodletter to Kislev Nurgle (5/6) coughs up a leper in Bretonnia Tzeentch (5/6) trains an acolyte in Tilea Slaanesh (5/6) slips a seductress into the Empire
Khorne (3/7) calls a bloodletter to the Empire Nurgle (4/6) sneezes another leper into Bretonnia Tzeentch (4/6) summons a second acolyte to Tilea Slaanesh (4/6) sends a seductress from the Empire to Bretonnia
"Slaanesh, come back! You have so much blood to give!"
Bummed out, Khorne's melancholy mood infects the hapless citizens of The Border Princes with a Blood Frenzy (0 - At the beginning of battle in this region, you roll two battle dice here and apply any resulting hits before regular battle dice are rolled). This makes him feel a little perkier.

Time to get magical.
Influenze - 1 - This region's Resistance is reduced by two. To Estalia
Play (M) Soporific Musk - 2 - When you play this card, choose one enemy Cultist in this region. You control that Cultist figure until this card is discarded.
In Bretonnia-On Nurgle's Cultist-join the ranks diseased ones
I have to eye things, brother. It's all the potatoes...
Khorne bellows The Blood God's Call (2 - When you play this card, immediately move up to two of your figures to this region from any other region or regions) in Bretonnia. The call summons the warrior from the Empire and the cultist from Kislev.

Thank you, sir! Gratefully taken. We can only go up from here!
Everyone responsible for last year's military decisions have been sacked. By which I mean, I ate them.
Things will be better this year, by which I mean, lots of blood. And potatoes.
