I'm not use to rolling a lot in CitOW PbP at all. Didn't know if battles had to be rolled in order, or if it didn't matter unless Khorne had the bloodletter upgrade 2 hits in Kislev

Battles should always be rolled by player order, i.e. Khorne - Nurgle - Tzeentch - Slaanesh, but you only need to worry about region order in situations where decisions might change depending on later results.
1. I'll update hands for the OW card.
2. Khorne chooses his upgrade.
3. Slaanesh chooses his upgrade.
4. I'll reveal the next Old World card, then Tzeentch can choose to discard before I update the hands for the draw phase.
Is it me, or did Tzeentch waste two Temporal Stasis cards and a Changer of Ways AND a Teleport so that he might get no VP or Dial ticks this round and so that he might enable Khorne to double dial?
What, you know, in the hell are you doing?
The first half is my first PbP misread error, I thought the Battle Cry was played in The Border Princes because I just wasn't paying enough attention. I didn't realize until well too late, so I'm trying to make lemonade.
Brother Slaanesh, you seem to be nearly all out of nobles to corrupt. I could leave my, um , "enthusiastic" followers out as long as you don't interfere with my matters to the south.

Round 3 Old World Phase
The influx of Chaos creates a new, darker breed of hero out of the masses of humanity.
Witch Hunters!
Place one Hero token in each of Bretonnia, Estalia, and the Empire
In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, in each region containing a Hero token, the player with the greatest Threat score loses one corruption token there, if he has any present. (FAQ: Check threat once, not once per region.)
Tzeentch may discard a card before Khorne begins the summoning phase.
Soporific Musk to take control of an acolyte in Bretonnia.
(M) Soporific Musk - 2 - When you play this card, choose one enemy Cultist in this region. You control that Cultist figure until this card is discarded.
Move a leper from Troll Country to The Empire 5/6 PP.

2 hits in Kislev
Google +
Norsca: 2 seductresses
Troll Country: 1 seductress, 1 bloodletter
Kislev: 2 lepers
Khorne gains 3 DIAL tokens.
Domination Step:
Troll Country: +2 VP
Tilea: +2 VP
The Border Princes: +1 VP
Corruption Step:
Troll Country: +3, +3 DIAL. Ruins: +3 VP, +3 VP
Kislev: +1
Bretonnia: +3
Total VP:
Khorne: 4
Nurgle: 2 + 3 = 5
Tzeentch: 3 + 3 = 6
Slaanesh: 3 + 5 = 8
1. Remove Chaos cards.
2. Resolve Old World cards -- Khorne, Tzeentch, and Nurgle draw one card.
3. Resolve Heroes -- none.
4. Score ruined regions -- +6 VP, +3 VP
5. Advance threat dials --
Khorne:
12 - Upgrade
14 - Draw 2 Cards
Slaanesh:
11 - Upgrade
6. Check for game end -- nope.
Total VP:
Khorne: 4
Nurgle: 5 + 6 = 11
Tzeentch: 6
Slaanesh: 8 + 3 = 11
What must happen:
1. I'll update hands for the OW card.
2. Khorne chooses his upgrade.
3. Slaanesh chooses his upgrade.
4. I'll reveal the next Old World card, then Tzeentch can choose to discard before I update the hands for the draw phase.
