Posting it in the players' locker room seems pointless. It should be posted in the coaches' and trainers' offices. Most players are going to want to play, concussion or not.
I guess I'm more curious about the long term impact of all of this brain research on the sport.
Stuff like Chris Henry's autopsy revealing CTE, even though he was never diagnosed with a concussion while playing football. I'm wondering if players are actually ignorant to the long term ramifications of what they do (and with more research, it's becoming clear that we're all a little ignorant to it), and whether it will change the way they play.
Further, whether it'll continue to change the way the league officiates, and whether it will change the way we as a culture regard the sport.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that a lot of kids get concussions in high school that go undiagnosed because they're more willing and able to play through it without complaining. If I had a cite that would have more weight but if it's true it could explain how guys get screwed up without having major concussions in the pros.

Dude, it's 2010. Even the tiniest towns of [Western] Europe will offer some sort of internet access.

Yeah, later today, or perhaps late this evening, I'll sit down and compile the remaining teams and whatnot into the Google Docs and make recommendations on where people should go.
It's divided into three sheets: Veterans, Newbies, and Recommended. Veterans and Newbies are self-explanatory, Recommended is what I'm recommending the rosters for each league be.

and if we're gonna do a live draft, i'd prefer before the preseason rather than after
Welp, I'm going to be away in Canada Saturday through thursday next week, so preferably not a live draft for the newbies during those days. Otherwise, slow or live works for me, though I'm not really sure how slow works.

So who is gonna commish the newbie league and auction league?
I don't mind running the Auction league. I'm not sure who was the commish last year, but it hasn't been renewed yet, so I can't check to see who all was in it and whatnot.
I'd probably run it on Yahoo instead of ESPN, if Yahoo supports auction drafts.
I've got DeSean as one of my low cost keepers, keeper deadline is tomorrow. I really hope more news is released before midnight, as I could choose All Day at market value which wouldn't be the end of the world. DeSean's one of my favorite players to watch though, hope he's alright. The player quotes make the injury sound minor, so there's that.
