    Changer of ways when played first in a region cancels all effects of the second card; you can still put something there for points toward dominating the region, but nothing else.

    Did you mean from the Border Princes or have your acolytes learned to fly as well


    Edit: I may actually be wrong on this and have read the rules wrong, I thought you could only move figures to adjacent reasons but Tzeentch is the crafty one in this, I just like to party

    Not fly brother, summon.

    "When choosing a figure, the player may either select one of his figures that is not currently on the board, or may alternately select a figure that is already on the board (in the latter case, presumably to move it to a different region).
    No matter the source of the figure, it is still considered to be “summoned.” To “summon” a figure, “place” a figure, and even “move” a figure are all equivalent terms."

    "The only restriction to figure placement is is that a figure must be placed in a region where that Chaos Power already has a figure, or in a region adjacent to such a reason."

    Unfortunately Nurgle Bretonnia already has two cards placed on it, the soporifc mask and your rain of pus, try something else.

    As to forethought
    IF tzeentch positions himself to collect 3 dial tokens this around, then to keep him from double ticking I or Khorne need to get 3 dial tokens, Khorne is unlikely to do so after Tzeentch moves around, I can get 3 dial tokens as long as I place two corruption in Bretonnia, so don't kill the cultists there if thats what your worried about

    I would just like to point out brothers, that unless someone gets ahead of Slaanesh on the Dial, or stops him from getting clicks, he will eventually win.

    With that, summon the Acolyte from the Border Princes to Tilea, taking the Warpstone with him.
