Man, you know the one thing that pisses me off in this game? Way more than random credit assignment?
No restart mission. I have to retire, watch the Mission Failed screen until the game decides to let me go, go back to Lanseal, pick my mission again, place my squad again, and go back in. What if I just want to restart with my squad how it was? Come on Sega. Simple things like this make the game so much more accessible.
yeah my psp 1001 would go for $35 and a 3000 is $160. I'm not doing that. No more VC for me. And no phantasy start portable 2 for me either. meh.

8 turns later, he takes out my tank. Just by pure chance I get a good look at his back in the process. My face when I see a big, shiny, blinking radiator plate on his back. I knock it out by alternating between Avan and Aliasse. He goes down like a little bitch.

Same thing happened to me. For some reason, I was expecting him to be powered by some giant blue engine thing that was on the ship. I wasted 5 turns avoiding him and looking around that damn ship looking for a power source.
Am I the only one who wished VC2 had a Japanese language option? I've been looking forward to it for so long (got a psp specifically for it last year), it's been sitting in my house with no time to be played, and now the VA is grating on me at every turn.
Does the Asian release have an English subs options?
If your PSP is hacked you can download an undub of VC2.
Do Zeri and Cosette get classmate missions? I haven't been using them that much since I want to get other people's missions, but I would put them back in rotation if there are some perks to it.

That was my position when I bought the 2000. It stopped being my position immediately after I booted up VC2 on my Go and on the 2000 at the same time, and saw the difference.

oh also before I forget the raddest thing about owning a 3000 is the fact that it has an av-out so you can play VC2 on your HDTV

I've been heavily considering getting myself a 3000. My 2000 has faithfully served since its launch, but the battery is dying, the paint is peeling on the 'PSP' logo on the back, and it just feels old.
I could go, trade it in for a 3000. I actually like the LittleBigPlanet PSP, in turquiose. It would also net me a game I want on the system (which is, admitedly, a budget game now, and I wouldn't get the case, which would annoy the living shit out of me) and an awesome wooly sack for the console.
Actually, just posting this... has made me want to do it. Might call up EB and ask how much I'd get on a trade.

Dunno. We get some bizarre trade values over here. Either way, I use my PSP now more than my PC and PS3 combined - especially on the train/bus. So a new 3000 is sounding like a good idea.
Also, random note about the gameplay video, graphics aside, did you guys notice that there was absolutely no delay inbetween screens? I know it isn't much, but in VC1 and 2 there was always a bit of delay for loading or whatever even with install data, VC3 seems to have none whatsoever o.O
