    Edit: Oh fuck totally posted this without reading the last two pages. I feel like an ass now since it seems like I'm an insensitive prick.

    I lost a $10 bill at Toys R Us last week. Had it wrapped around a gift card which I was carrying around with the few things I was buying. At some point it slipped out of my grip. Didn't lose the gift card, just the bill.

    On the up and up though my girlfriend's birthday was yesterday and I showed up at her workplace with a frappuccino and while there she asked if I was interested in helping her with store recovery. Since she had like a hour and a half left until the store closed I obliged, and since I was there when the store closed and her shift ended we went out to dinner afterwards.

    This morning I got a call from her and she informed me that her manager called her and told her it was the best store recovery he'd ever seen, unbeknown to him that she had assistance from moi.

    it is driving me crazy

    but i refuse to show it because goddamn i have to be a confident dude who can meet people

    especially since my best friend in germany, the one i am staying with, is moving 4 hours away tomorrow

    so i have to officially start learning the city alone now

    except the girl i got a carush on said she would show me around
