I think the dude just vomits lines all over a page and it is only by sheer luck that they resemble anything
An incredibly rare example of someone's art actually getting worse as time goes on. Those early comics may have pretty generic art, but at least it's intelligible.

And it's not like Megatokyo is a hobby or anything.
The comic has literally been his job for, like, the past few years.

A magician gives you a ring that, when worn, will let you see the world as it truly is.

I relinquish my slights against her. I've realized that the trick was that I had grown accustomed to seeing her characters as cats.
I just wonder what kind of intensive study and practice it takes to be able to build images like that from scratch. My own drawings always end up as lumpy circles that don't progress anywhere.
I think Megatokyo's lack of any redeeming features means it is trumped by pretty much anything that updates at all, ever, and has at least a modicum of quality to it

I was expressing my total depression about that
are caused because he has made a career out of the comic.
He could very well produce sketchy panels on his site,
so he has time to prepare older sketchy panels for his books.
He produces something.
