send more exploration vehicles to places like Europa and Triton

No because there is a high probability that we might contaminate the subsurface oceans on Europa if we send a spacecraft down there. There's also the fact that our best plan of action for actually "drilling" into the ice is to just kind of melt through it with a white-hot nuclear-powered iron.

Now if we go to Titan, oh hey, none of those problems. Plus we might discover an exotic form of life that heretofore has only existed in theory.

This is likely an extremely simplistic view, but seriously, lets just fucking send a camera to Titan whats the big deal??

is it an introductory astronomy class? I don't really think that will be the point that makes you dedicated to not going 'fuck this' with astronomy/astrophysics

well yeah but there's plenty of other points at which the urge to go 'fuck it' and walk away is very high

most of them have something to do with differential equations

    no, it isn't

The researchers made their discovery by firing positronium atoms into various gases, including krypton, hydrogen, and water vapor, at speeds of up to 4400 kilometers per second and impact energies of 250 eV.

yeah, saying 4,400 kilometers is cool and all, but at those speeds you really need to giving them out as fractions of C

    interesting article otherwise

yeah it's about 1.5%C so that would be reasonable

it's really about collision energy though, which they give right there anyway

That is all great and everything, but does it bring us closer to a proton pack like in Ghostbusters?

    These are the important questions.

I wonder if you could magnetically confine plasma into a loop without having magnets surrounding it

of course the plasma would dissipate outside of a vacuum, so you would need a way to replenish it but bam lightsaber-ish thing

I disagree. There are times where dinner needs to be made and there's laundry to fold. Not to mention that being pregnant all the time will slow you down.
