    Interesting.

    At first I was like, oh thats ridiculous. Cowboys couldn't fight aliens with pistols and horses.

    But 100 years from now, movies like independence day would probably look just as ridiculous. Oh look, they are fighting aliens with missiles and airplanes. How silly.

    Next year is also pretty big though. Jon Favreau was talking in an interview about how next summer is basically a huge blockbuster release every weekend, and some weekends two.

    Transformers sequel, Pirates of the Caribbean Sequel, Harry Potter 7.2, Thor, Captain America....

    That's just off the top of my head.

    Anybody else get a Close Encounters of the Third Kind vibe when you first see the alien lights in that trailer? I did. Kinda cool.

    I'm pretty stoked for this to be honest. And yeah, next year is gonna be absolutely ridiculous for the summer movies. Just ridiculous.

    Cowboys and Aliens looks like a lot of fun.

    Your Highness will probably also be pretty funny but also seems like it'll rely a lot on slapping in various curses in different places to carry the humor. The "magic, motherfucker" was particularly cringe worthy.
