I'm not sure if they differentiate between present simple and present participle in Korean so I might not have done that exactly right

Which is a reason to not skip school today

    Oh well! Sorry school!

    WHERE

    THE

    THHHEEEE

This will work in any counrty, but only if you're English. Any foreigner, no matter how backward, can understand loud, slow, patronising English. It's the natural language of the brain.

Does anyone around here speak Arabic? I decided to take the plunge and learn it, I got a book to start but I'm not sure what I'm in for or how hard a language it is to pick up.

I can understand German and French but can't speak it. It's incredibly awkward when I know exactly what someone is saying but I have no idea how to say something back when they don't know English.

imagine that you wanted to write the phrase "Beck's book about bark is in the back of the buick"

    it would come out as something like "B'ck's b,k ^b.t b^rk -s -n th' b^ck ,f th' b~ck"

    Indeed!

It's not too late to learn. You're one step ahead with knowing Spanish, which is kinda close to Tagalog. Mine translates to "ate too much, need a nap"

I get free rosetta stone through school and before I got too busy I was trying!

it would show me pictures of cats and bicycles and ask me to match them up with "bisikleta" or "pusa" and I think i could probably advance beyond that level.
