I just don't know what to do with all of these paladin healing buttons. I have one that looks like a flashlight, but doesn't ever seem to do anything.
light of dawn requires holy power now, its frontal cone aoe heal
flash of light is fast, medium heal, expensive
holy light is medium speed, low heal, cheap
divine light is slow, big, not too expensive
holy shock is more or less the same, I think its a little more powerful in the heal department
word of glory is single target heal that uses holy power.
then we get that aoe heal thing at some point between 81-85, healing hands?
Light of Dawn just seems like it's never hitting anything, or doing much healing at all. But I haven't really been looking at numbers. It just never seems to push health bars up too much.
true or false: I can grind netherwing in 1.5 days?
assuming you have a lot of time on your hands and don't have much if any competition for egg spawns
I don't think it's even technically possible if you're starting from scratch. There is a maximum of something like six eggs up at any one time and the respawn timer is a few hours. Even if it were possible, it would be by egg hunting all day.
I did it in 8 or so days, with a few eggs per day normally.
I imagine its meant to fill a triage role, since paladins don't really have a renew/rejuve/riptide spell
I am kind of excited for the overall healing changes. Not so much that almost all the healers have the same base four spells or so, but just the change to be less spamy oh god oh god lag spike somebody died.

true but I think that each class still feels different when healing. Like I still use chain heal a lot as a shaman as opposed to whatever paladins use and it looks like druids still rely mostly on HoTs

Unless they WAY bumped up the rep gains for everything (which they very well may have) 1.5 days is pushing it, even if you have no competition for egg spawns. Now if you mean 1.5 days as in, like, 36 hours, sure, but unless you end up with about five dozen eggs to turn in, it's gonna take more than that

if it's anything like the other holy power dependent abilities, using it with less than 3 hp is basically a waste
I wish I could take tomorrow off work to play but I've got a meeting with my salary administrator. If I get a raise or promotion or something I GUESS I can deal with it.

I found out one of my friends at work plays WoW and has like 3 level 80s. My mind can't wrap around it, really, I would've never pegged him for it.
try to avoid pegging him

Alright, I've decided on what I'm going to do in regards to my 80-82 zone choice.
...fly around not-cataclysm content and level archaeology, and listen to the feedback from everybody else playing. I'll make my decision based on that and get some cool stuff in the meantime.
I was thinking of just playing something else instead of trying to deal with everyone and their brother playing the goblin starting area/worgen starting area/hyjal/the other 80-82 zone

I haven't tried it since the change over to hp

But I really have no idea what I should be putting my points into.
this is such a pain in the ass. I have macros that simply exist to provide a new spell icon
Is Cataclysm worth getting back into WoW for? Had fun with TBC and some of Wrath, want to spend my free time doing something worthless but fun.
But I'm sold

I definitely confuse flash of light and holy light, and then lay on hands and cleanse.
Hands confuse me!
