She's gifted with amazing quantum powers, left to her by her weird Uncle Morty in his last will and testament (along with his freakish dwarf manservant and bizarre cat), but has no idea what to really do with them! In theory maybe she is supposed to prevent crime, but who knows? How do you even do it? Can you really prevent crime, and if so, how is it a crime if it isn't commited? And do superheroes really need to wear armor? How do you find out if you're immortal without trying to kill yourself? If the Others aren't Dharma Initiative, then who are they? All these questions and more remain unresolved....until you buy The Uncertain Avenger at your local comic store!*

I could put up some of my CoH characters, but usually they amount to taking a comic book character or two that I like, merging them together in some fashion, and then maybe switching their side and/or gender. Like, for example, turning Mysterio into a hero and making him a Japanese girl.
See, now I'm picturing Mysterio in a Japanese schoolgirl outfit.
I even found little eyes for the cape brooches. Oh man...
Oh dear lord I can't stop laughing.
EDIT:
Was bored enough and had purchased the full version, so I whipped her up in Heromachine. I couldn't quite get the leg-warmers right, but overall I'm happy.
His wife was killed during a fight between a hero and a villain. He now goes off, to defeat supers everywhere...unaware that he HIMSELF is superpowered.
I on the otherhand, can be boring an unoriginal at times...
Well, in fairness we're not trying to create the next Marvel or DC superstar. We're just mucking about and having fun. Besides, the simplest costumes are usually the best looking.
Not claiming it's the best looking, but I messed about with Ms. Marvel's look and came up with this.
I've had a vague idea for a while now involving a young spellcasting character who screams at a bad guy to "Go to hell!" during a battle and is horrified when he does right then and there. So she travels to hell herself to get him back, and returns months later with the guy and a new kind of magic she doesn't like to use and never talks about. Ever.
Of course I'm a big fan of spellcasting characters in the Marvel 'verse (Strange, Illyana, Nico) and a fan of the one pivotal event / motivation backstory (Batman, Spider-Man, Punisher) so the story probably only appeals to me *shrug*
A character called Hellfire should probably have red hair, but since every heroine has red hair I'm going with brown. Female characters never seem to have brown hair. It's always red, blonde or black.
EDIT: Mucking about some more. This is far too much fun.

Thought he used his teeth. Cause that'd be classier.
Green Arrow can do it.
HELP!
The clear button to the left.
Also, I have been going crazy on this thing. Should I post some of my...I guess serious designs, or just the purposely funny ones?
He shoots both bows with his teeth? This seems unneccessarily impractical.
because two bows doesn't.

He can't find his way home...
Superb.

He comes clad in gaudy rainments of purple and blue..
Good and gentle people flee at the sight of him.. and his hunger knows no bounds..
He is...
Hide your TV dinners and Married with Children DVDs, for he is upon you!
