humor is 100% dependent upon context and that doesn't change when rape is involved in the same way it doesn't change when murder is involved.
The original strip was fine and while it very well may have legitimately upset some people PA can't really be blamed for that
The strip mocking people who were upset by it was questionable at best
making a shirt based on the concept and selling it is pretty much definitely in poor taste and seems more spiteful than anything
