I mean, hugh-mans must be tasty little morsels of course, but a bear might be pretty fucking dangerous if he realises peoples are a food source.
Black bears aren't hunters, yes. Brown bears however are hunters and extremely aggressive.
And then of course there's polar bears. The Newfies of the animal kingdom, all clubbing seals with their giant paws and horrfyingly powerful bite-force.

When I was in Pakistan, we had an advanced CLS course in which some air force folks got to join our class, so we had this army staff-sergeant instructing the triage sections of the course, and he kept giving the air force chicks chest and thigh injuries which we would have to dress and when it was the ladies turn he would give at least one guy a groin injury for her to dress
