    My sister wanted to see the movie, and due to my parents having the wrong concept of what the hood is and our proximity to it they had me go with her. As was mentioned the trailers were kind of offputting, so I wasn't looking forward to it. And my suspicions were confirmed when the first song was basically how bored she is, and the second was about how much of an overbearing mother her mother is.

    I came out with a very similar feeling to when we saw How to Train Your Dragon. Perhaps not as good, but it had a similar vibe of a movie that wasn't made by idiots/marketing geniuses. My sister came out of it like the theater had crack in the air filters. According to her a lot of the things in the movie were girl things, like the bipolar scene when the girl is first outside of the tower.

    So yeah, not bad. It is femcrack though, so be sure to bring whatever women are in your life to it.

    FYI, if anyone likes extra goodies, the Disney Store is doing pre-orders on the BR for $24.99 with 4 Lithographs.

    I was at the Disney Store with my wife the other day and they give you the lithographs when you make
    the preorder. They are actually pretty nice, and it's not some baby size pictures either.

    The Lithographs that the Disney Store handles for Pre-Orders are typically nice. I've got ones from Wall-E & Ratatouie's respective releases, and I regret missing out on all the ones since.
