    Gen II, III and V grass starters could all have had Dragon as their secondary type. Maybe even Venusaur too. They should've taken the grass dinosaur theme to its logical conclusion for those.

    What confuses me is they went so far out of their way in this new gen to find type combinations that hadn't been done before and would be cool, like Fire/Bug and Dark/Fighting, but when in came to the starters they just shrugged and said 'hey, maybe the fire one should also be fighting.'

    okay good at least i know i am having a legitimate dilemma

    i think i will stick with tepig though

    easiest way to make me realize this is to look at the stage 3s

    and oshawotts still seems like such a wasted potential to have the most badass samurai bipedal otter

    but nope you get an otter unicorn
