PAX-Forum Civilization World Team (alpha)

So, Civilization World (the civ facebook game) has entered into alpha. However, to sign up, you need a team of 5 to 50 people. I figured we could get a team of PAXers together and get into this thing. So, here's the thread to start this up!

    So should individuals sign up listing the team name/team leader or either you or Qs23 will sign up and then invite us?

    The way that I understand the signup page, we all sign up individually, with the same team name & team captain. We need to organize that first before anyone goes to sign up.

    am a lil bit surprised that there isn't more interest in this. at the very least i'd have thought any civ fans be curious, if not the PAX attendees that use facebook.

    either way, count me in. hopefully we'll get enough to sign up.

    I'm very curious, and would be interested, BUT have some issues with the way certain 3rd party Facebook applications handle your personal information. Each application usually has its own privacy policy, if it has one at all. To be a little bit more in control of my info, I've turned off all Facebook platform applications...so no games, Facebook connect, etc., for me.

    This may be just me, but perhaps this sheds some light on why more people haven't shown interest. Just a thought.
