The Brute avoids the snare at his feet with a bit of quick footwork. There is a hint of surprise on his face as the ice shatters against his jaw, hitting the ground in a shower of broken ice. "You must be popular at parties." he smirks at Aaron.

Jesus, he took a bomb to the chest. Okay. Okay. New tactics.

With a flick of the wrist and a hollow metallic snak, Golden Agent's combat truncheon suddenly appears in his hand. He weaves into the fray, striking the Brute behind the knees with all his might, then darting back out of reach.
Closes in to melee range, attack 1d20+10=18, hits with a Strike 10, using the move-by attack feat to leave melee range again.

With a grunt, The Brute drops to his knees. His face twists with pain as he feels his knees go out from under him. Dazed with the pain he doesn't move for a moment.
Staggered and Stunned. He spends his turn howling in pain.

Maga shouts out "Yeah!" seeing the adversary drop in pain. She rushes at him, dropping low to deliver a fist into his side. Her arm flies out with superhuman speed, her joints straining and her muscles tearing at the effort. The Brute lifts one arm to try and block, but fails to catch the young girl's fist before it slams into his ribs.

Everyone can hear the crack as her wrist breaks against him.

"You will not only fall now, vlacas." With that Likymnios raise his spear over his head, "And after that you will learn to fear us as well." With that his spear fly forward with a mighty blow to the chest of the Brute making a crack sound as if the brute was just hit by a battering ram.
    Attack Roll:1d20+5=24
Damage is strike (5)+strength(5) again so 10. That though is a critical on the spears 19-20 range so not sure if they will translate over since the strike is technically coming from the spear/device.

Loom screws up his courage and moves closer to the melee.

Holding out his hands palms down, he yells, "STOP!" and clenches his fists.

Simple steel I-beams begin to materialize around the foe's body and puncture into the ground, as if bent by invisible machines.
Create object: steel I-beams, prior roll had incorrect bonus (1d20+10=14)

Same action as last turn, really -- it's still a snare, mechanically. Bleh.

You'd better make sure he's firmly sealed in. Last time that didn't go so well. Noted, Merc, I know I screwed up. Aaron sighs internally. "'Stone walls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage' - so I'll add some ice, instead." He walks around the metal rods slowly, extending his hand, and a lattice grows between them; first a mere patchwork of frost, but it quickly thickens, until there is a grid above, below, and around the Brute of rime and steel, locking him up securely.
Same thing that desc did: snaring with a created object, 1d20 + 10=22 against his Reflex

"Be ready for anything. I have a feeling this isn't over yet." The Agent produces a grapple gun and deftly fires a thick paraluminum cord that wraps taut around the I-beams, bracing them and further sealing the Brute in.
Snare attack with my grapple gun, 1d20+10=20, DC 10 versus his Reflex. If he's successfully snared by two or more people, or fails the save by five, he becomes helpless!

"Fairly tough, after this, I'd say," Aaron commented. You know the scum's baiting you, right? I don't care. I'm going to make him stop. Well, you're not going to do that by hitting him. I'm sure. I've got something else planned. He breathed in deeply, put his hands on the ice-covered bars, and focused. A spot the size of a dime opened every few inches on the cage, and there was a very quiet hissing sound as frigid air came out. Tiny thuds arose as all the water vapor in the Brute's cage froze and fell to the ground. Mountain King opened his mouth and blew in the direction of the Brute, sending a blast of suspended ice crystals and air well below freezing into the man's face. "Not so creepy now, are you?" he asked scornfully.

The Brute begins laughing as Loom makes the scalpel. "If you were the kind to engage in torture, you wouldn't be here would you? Can't have a sociopath ruining Justice Inc's PR image. Someone might see." Turning his head to Mountain King. "Oooh, can you make it snow next?" He tilts his head to The Golden Agent. "Tell me, have they told you how the first Golden Agent died? It's a great story if you like screaming. "

Golden Agent's fists clench and unclench slightly. "Shut up, Brute. You're not fooling anyone. From now on you're going to be known as the big scary guy who got his ass handed to him by a bunch of kids." He turns away and puts a hand to his cowled ear. "Justice Inc? Mr. Amazing? Anyone? This is the Golden Agent. We require assistance, over."

There is no response on the radio. The computer systems are surprisingly unresistant to your attempts to enter them. As if someone had disabled all of their security features. As you attempt to tap into the video feeds, you can hear the crackle of a radio coming from where The Brute is. "Sir, we've completed the mission. All of the data has been uploaded to HQ." The Brute continues to smile for a moment before he begins to shimmer, flesh becoming energy as he stands up and walks out of the cages you all have created. Energy becomes flesh again as he faces you. "It was fun kiddies, but I've gotten what I came for. Perhaps we'll meet again when you grow up." Turning to the radio "All Servants, begin withdrawing." His fingers going to his wrist as he begins to shimmer and teleport out. As he does, the bodies of the slain Servants of Evil begin to turn to dust and collapse, their equipment going with them.

As the bodies fade away, the unconscious people on the ground begin to stir, coming back to their senses. The people appear to have a slight headache but otherwise seem to not have any ill effects. A hidden door opens up and a small robot on wheels comes in. His hands are flailing wildly as he shouts "Are they gone? Are they gone?" in an upper class British accent.

I knew the tights were a bad idea. Let me handle this. "My name is Mercury, little demi-god, and I have lived in these mountains since before Ares was throwing his first tantrums in battle." Aaron's voice changes as he says this, for he is indeed not the one speaking. Mercury has a dry, chilly voice, with a raspy undertone. "Being a maid might be a better fit for you, god knows you're a terrible butler. Excuse me, I am Jacques de Molay. The UN Liaison to Justice Inc. Since Justice Inc is under UN mandate and contract, that makes me your boss. Follow me please." His English is flawless but with more then a hint of Parisian accent. Jacques body language screams current or former military. He walks towards what looks like a conference room. "And Niles, help the people home. Tell them that Justice Inc is perusing the Servants in hopes of finding their base. I'm sure you can manage to make it sound like juicy gossip."
