So the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the fifth installment of the incredibly popular and long running Elder Scrolls series. This one looks to be taking after four in the free roaming world aspect, but appears to be adding pure awesome into the mix.

Since I couldn't find the old thread for Skyrim let us discuss its awesomeness here! I'm definitely buying it for the PC because you know there's going to be a mod within a week that lets you be a dragon. FUCK YES.

    I am cautiously optimistic.

    Oblivion was the prettiest and molst realistic world that felt completely dead.

    I really hope they tone up their 'radiant AI' and terrible voice acting for this installment. It still looks like the Gamebryo engine too, so here's hoping the combat feels less floaty than Oblivion. Oh, and that the monsters don't scale to a ridiculous degree!

    Either way I'll still buy it, but I'd rather be able to buy and enjoy it at launch, then buy it and wait for modders to make it bearable before i play it.

    If all if it turns out to be lies (which I very much doubt as a lot of it looks like straight gameplay), that was still a beautiful trailer

    It's at the end of the video at about 1:07. It's not a nude boner, but still pretty noticeable.

    Edit: damnit.

    As for the Trailer, looks really good. Looking forward to this vidjagame.

    I am sure there will be some uncomfortably high-quality mods out for nude stuff 3 to 4 seconds after release.

    I don't know... I hopped aboard the hype train for Oblivion, ended up pre-oredering it and was just a little bit let down at the end. I don't trust it not to happen again.

    That said that trailer is pretty rad.

    For the first time ever I am planning to take a week off from work to play a game.

    I'd go ahead and schedule it now but there's a snowballs chance in hell that this is actually coming out when they say it is.
