If I may be so bold as to state the obvious, your current interests and those of Tzeentch are in direct opposition, and anything that helps you is likely to hinder him. If I were you, I wouldn't count on any aid from that quarter.

I was interested in knowing if you would care to have The Border Princes. And The Badlands, were both of them to collapse under the weight of their depravity this turn.
You seem rather lonely up there in the north, with hardly much of your influence present, and I feel no need in monopolizing my minions' proselytizing in these regions.
I mainly ask instead of simply ceding them offhand because you demonstrated a willingness to sap me of my strength once, which kind of gives me pause as to whether you might not also engage in pulling your trinkets out of the Badlands (which would be bad) or ignoring The Border Princes entirely.
Also, there is you who are steever777. But there is also a steever that posts in this forum in other CF games. And whenever I see his name pop up on the main forum I think he's you and I get excited and click this thread and nothing!

He takes a while to get going, yes. It's like trying to herd cats, except they weigh several tons and stink so much that your skin is liable to slough up as you try.
Peasant Uprising (peasants add to resistance) and Witch Hunters (remove corruption from Khorne at Hero) are active
Chaos effects:
The Empire: Skulls (K's figures use power for domination) and Lies (+2 to domination for each Hero or Noble)
The Border Princes: Pus (+1 to defense for N) and Stasis (+2 PP for others)
The Badlands: Musk (control leper until discarded)
