Well, hello again, PA Forums!
This is your friendly neighborhood Pre-PAX 2007 Dinner coordinator. I am very pleased to announce the offical Pre-PAX 2007 Dinner Headcount and Information thread. Here's what things look like this far:
DATE: August 23rd, 2007 (Thursday)
LOCATION: P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Westlake Shopping Center Downtown Seattle (http://www.pfchangs.com/location/loc_code.jsp?state=wa)

d) 9:30pm (50 + 3 of 50 [FULL] )

Please note: We can only accomodate 50 people per seating wave. We'll have 5 tables specifically for Pre-PAX 2007 Dinner attendees with our own dedicated waitstaff. If we have more than 50 people in 1 wave, I'll talk to management about creating an additional wave for seating or other accomodations. (Not happening.) I'm still working with them for a discount for our group, so I'll keep you all posted as to how that progresses. (They would not budge on the discount, despite repeated pressure, but we will get a few things comp'ed the details of which will be explained at the table.) Unlike last year, this establishment likes both cash and cards, so take your pick as to how you want to pay (just know that cards will take a bit longer due to processing time). (Belay that, the restaurant has changed their minds and now has a cash preference.)
Sorry it's taken so long to make this post. Dealing with a company of this size requires a lot of dicussion with a revolving door of managers and upper management (all of whom were skittish about this party). I'd really hoped to post earlier, but, meh. That's life.

Update (ElectricTurtle, shadow organizer): D00DZ. Final points: the restaurant wants as many people as possible to go to their interweb site and decide what they want beforehand to speed up the ordering process. When you arrive, we should have signs and a guest list which will help us get you in. Anybody not on the list will be seated last if there are no-shows (If you are 30 min late you are a no-show). Please tip well (sigh, never mind, 18% gratuity included) and have fun.
