    Welp I'm dumb, could have probably afforded another via selling all these fangs and scales and gold nuggets I have.

    Too late now, already at the 2nd part of Babel I think. Should be fine, never needed them before... of course I never finished the game before either.

    hey is it true that Yin Power is glitched and raises your ATK with no cost to DEF?

    I forgot how brutal the final battles are...

    Only in Gear mode. This also applies to Citan's similar spell you get later on. They work as stated in character mode.

    Also Rico's ability that boosts his Defense doesn't work at all, no matter what.

    So i farmed some speed shoes, decked Billy out with Either doubler and 2 power magics and bought GSR50's...
    Murdered the fuck out of the 4 support bosses.

    Switched to Fei, Bart, and Citan
    Murdered the Fuck out of Deus

    then
    Murdered the fuck out of the final boss

    Makes me laugh about BARELY beating it back in '99

    I probably have just enough money for one, right after Kislev. I'm thinking about delaying all gear upgrades in the short term to buy one, though that will probably be painful.

    So where do Ether Doublers drop after you can't get em in Nisan anymore?

    or can you not get them at all?

    You can find one during a later Disc 2 dungeon or from the Kislev gear battle arena once you open the world map back up.

    Basically, you're not going to see another one for at least twenty more hours.
